How do I cancel my products?

In this article we explain how to cancel a hosting product or domain name. Please note: web hosting and domain registration are separate products. If you only cancel your hosting, your domain simply stays registered (and vice versa).

Cancelling a hosting product

1. Log in to My WebOké.
2. Click My Products in the menu and click Manage next to the product.
3. You will find the cancellation option at the bottom of the management page. Choose when you want to cancel and confirm.

If you cancel as of the end date, the product will keep working until that date and we will not renew it after that.

Cancelling a domain name

1. Click My Domains in the menu and click the domain name.
2. On the domain page you can turn off auto-renewal (the domain will then expire on the end date) or cancel the domain.

Please note: once a domain has expired or been cancelled, someone else can register it. If you are not sure, just get in touch with us.
