Viewing and logging out active sessions

Every time you log in on a computer, phone or tablet, a session is created. Under Login details, you can see under Active sessions where you're currently logged in. Don't recognise a device? Then log it out remotely here.

Viewing your sessions

  1. Go to Login details in the menu at the bottom left.
  2. Scroll to the Active sessions card.

Active sessions

For each session, you'll see the browser and system, for example Chrome on Windows, the IP address and how long that session has been logged in. The device you're currently working on has the label This session (1).

Logging out a session

  • Click Log out (2) next to a session. On that device, you'll need to log in again afterwards.
  • Want to close everything at once? Click Log out everywhere except this device (3). You'll stay logged in yourself. You'll then see how many sessions were logged out.

You'll only see the Log out everywhere except this device button if you're logged in on more than one device.

Please note: do you see a session you don't trust? Log it out and then immediately choose a new password (Setting, changing or forgetting your password). Logging out alone doesn't help if someone knows your password. Also consider using an authenticator app (Using an authenticator app).

Tip: do colleagues work in your account? They have their own login and you won't see them here. You can manage their access under Inviting users and setting permissions.
